ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ապօրինաբար ներխուժելու, ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք տեղափոխելու և ՀՀ քաղաքացու՝ ԶՄՊԿ պահնորդի սպանության համար ՀՀ-ում մեղավոր ճանաչված և ազատազրկման դատապարտված ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողները կապ են հաստատել ընտանիքի անդամների հետ։
