Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ երկխոսության միջազգային մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ վերջնական պատկերացումներ չկան։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հուլիսի 25-ին, մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Մեխանիզմների մասին վերջնական պատկերացումներ չկան ձեւավորված, դրանց ձեւավորմանը նաեւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը պետք է ունենա մասնակցություն»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ հայկակակ կողմն ունի այդ միջազգային մեխանիզմների վերաբերյալ սեփական պատկերացումները, սակայն դրանց մասին բարձրաձայնելն այժմ նպատակահարմար չհամարեց։
