Լրագրողների միջազգային ֆեդերացիան և Լրագրողների եվրոպական ֆեդերացիան կոչ են անում Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին և ռուս խաղաղապահներին ապահովել լրագրողների ազատ տեղաշարժը Արցախում։«Երեկ Էնթոնի Բելլանջերի և Մուշֆիք Ալասգարլիի հետ փորձեցինք հասնել Ստեփանակերտ, քաղաք, որը միջազգայնորեն ճանաչված է որպես Ադրբեջանի մաս, բայց  բնակեցված է էթնիկ հայերով։ Մեզ  խանգարեց ադրբեջանական բանակը՝ ռուսական անցակետից ընդամենը 100 մետր հեռավորության վրա»,- ասվում է ֆեդերացիայի ֆեյսբուքյան էջի գրառման մեջ:
