Հայաստանի խորհրդարանը պետք է ուսումնասիրի, թե ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա երկրի միանալը Հռոմի ստատուտին և գնահատի ՌԴ-ի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններին սպառնացող ռիսկերը: Այս մասին, ինչպես հաղորդում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը, ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի և ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստում հայտարարել է ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի փոխնախագահ, համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահ Յուրի Վորոբյովը:

«Հայ գործընկերների նման քայլը հակառուսական ենթատեքստ չունի, սակայն գործնականում շոշափելի վնաս է հասցնում ռուս-հայկական հարաբերություններին»,- նշել է Վորոբյովը։

Նա կոչ է արել հայ դաշնակիցներին ևս մեկ անգամ ուշադիր ուսումնասիրել կանոնադրությանը միանալու հետևանքները և ասել, որ այժմ երկխոսություն է ընթանում երկու երկրների արտգործնախարարությունների միջև։
