Արցախի հերոս, Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ԱՀ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 4 հոդվածով: Այս մասին հայտնել է Վիտալի Բալասանյանի փաստաբան Ռաֆայել Մարտիրոսյանը:

«Նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել գույքի հափշտակության, ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք պահելու, իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելու, թմրամիջոցներ պահելու համար»,- մանրամասնեց փաստաբանը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Վիտալի Բալասանյանը ձերբակալվեր էր հուլիսի 14-ին։

Հուլիսի 17-ին Արցախի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը մերժել էր Վիտալի Բալասանյանին կալանավորելու միջնորդությունը։ Բալասանյանն ազատ էր արձակվել։
