Արցախի Հանրապետության ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանը մերժել է Արցախի հերոս, ԱԽ նախկին քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանին կալանավորելու մասին միջնորդությունը։ Այս մասին լրատվամիջոցների հետ զրույցում ասել է նրա փաստաբան Ռաֆայել Մարտիրոսյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Բալասանյանն ազատ է արձակվել եւ այժմ շարունակում է բուժումը հիվանդանոցում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հուլիսի 14-ին իրավապահները ձերբակալել էին Վիտալի Բալասանյանին: Նա ձերբակալվել էր ԱՀ քրեական օրենքգրքի 337 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հանցանք կատարելու կասկածանքով: Արցախի քրեական օրենսգրքի 337 հոդվածի 1-ին մասը սահմանում է՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի կամ նրա մերձավոր ազգականի նկատմամբ կյանքի կամ առողջության համար ոչ վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելը կամ բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքը՝ կապված նրա կողմից իր ծառայողական պարտականությունները կատարելու հետ։
