Ադրբեջանի ՊՆ տարածած հաղորդագրությունն այն մասին, թե իբր ՊԲ ստորաբաժանումները  հուլիսի  15- ին  ժամը 10։00-ի սահմաններում  փորձել են Ասկերանի շրջանում իրականացնել  ամրաշինական աշխատանքներ, որոնք իբր թե խափանվել են ադրբեջանական կողմի գործողությունների արդյունքում, հերթական ապատեղեկատվությունն է։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են ԱՀ ՊՆ մամուլի ծառայությունից։
