«Պաշտոնից ազատում» տույժ՝ Կոտայքի և Արմավիրի մարզերի դատախազությունների 2 դատախազի նկատմամբ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանի որոշմամբ՝ 2023 թվականի հունիսի 7-ին Արմավիրի և Կոտայքի մարզերի դատախազություններում ինքնավար պաշտոն զբաղեցնող երկու անձի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է կարգապահական վարույթ։

Կարգապահական վարույթի ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ դատախազները դրսևորել են դատախազի հեղինակությունը, բարի համբավը, պատիվը և արժանապատվությունը արատավորող, դատախազի բարձր հեղինակությանը ոչ հարիր վարքագիծ:

Կարգապահական վարույթի արդյունքները 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 10-ին ուղարկվել են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազին առընթեր էթիկայի հանձնաժողով:

Էթիկայի հանձնաժողովը 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ի որոշմամբ՝ հաստատված է համարել կարգապահական խախտումների առկայությունը, դրանցում Արմավիրի և Կոտայքի մարզերի դատախազությունների երկու դատախազի մեղավորությունը և դրական եզրակացություն է տվել վերջիններիս նկատմամբ «պաշտոնից ազատում» կարգապահական տույժ նշանակելու վերաբերյալ ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությանը:

Գլխավոր դատախազի 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 14-ի հրամաններով՝ Կոտայքի և Արմավիրի դատախազության երկու դատախազներն ազատվել են պաշտոնից:
