Գլխավոր դատախազն ընդունել է Ժնևի ակադեմիայի ուսանողներին

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանն այսօր ընդունել է Միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի և մարդու իրավունքների Ժնևի ակադեմիայի ուսանողներին,ովքեր ճանաչողական այցով ժամանել են Հայաստան: Հայտնում են դատախազությունից:

Աննա Վարդապետյանը ողջունել է 11 երկրի՝  Ժնևի ակադեմիայում հետբուհական կրթություն ստացող ուսանողներին և ներկայացրել Դատախազության լիազորությունների շրջանակն ու առաջնահերթությունները՝ առանձնացնելով մարդու և հատկապես խոցելի խմբերի իրավունքների պաշտպանության, ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի և պետական ու համայնքային շահերի պաշտպանության ոլորտներում իրականացվող աշխատանքները:

Հայաստանի գլխավոր դատախազը հանդիպման ընթացքում պատասխանել է Բրազիլիայի, Գերմանիայի, Հայաստանի, Կոլումբիայի, Իտալիայի, Քենիայի, Արգենտինայի, Զիմբաբվեի, Եգիպտոսի, Իսպանիայի և Հունաստանի ներկայացուցիչների հարցերին, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերել են միջազգային իրավունքին, տուժողների պաշտպանության ներպետական կառուցակարգերին, Արցախի հակամարտության իրավական ասպեկտին, միջազգային դատավարական գործընթացներում Դատախազության ներգրավվածությանը, ատելության խոսքի դեմ պայքարին և այլ հարցերի:
