«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Համացանցում երեկ կադրեր հայտնվեցին, որտեղ երեւում է, թե ինչպես են ռուս խաղաղապահները հեռացնում Հակարի կամրջի մուտքի մոտ տեղադրված ադրբեջանական դրոշ:

Թե երբ է արվել տեսանյութը, արդյոք նոր միջադեպ է եղել Հակարիի կամրջի հատվածում, այս մասին որեւէ տեղեկություն չկար:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին հաջողվեց պարզել, որ տեսանյութը նոր չէ, այն արվել է հունիսի 15-ին, երբ Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայության մի խումբ զինծառայողներ Հակարիի կամրջի ուղղությամբ առաջխաղացման փորձ էին կատարել Հայաստանի տարածքով դրոշ տեղակայելու նպատակով։

Հայկական կողմի ձեռնարկած միջոցների արդյունքում ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողների առաջխաղացման եւ դրոշ տեղադրելու փորձը կանխվել էր»:
