Եվրոպայի խորհրդի բարձր մակարդակի պատվիրակությունն այցելել է 7 ամիս արգելափակված Լաչինի միջանցքի սկզբնամաս: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, «Թվիթեր»-ի իր էջում այս մասին գրել է Եվրոպայի խորհրդում Հայաստանի մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Արման Խաչատրյանը։

«Այցը հնարավորություն էր տեղում ավելի լավ հասկանալու իրավիճակը՝ մարդու իրավունքների հետ կապված իրավիճակն և մարդասիրական լուրջ հետևանքները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի համար: Չի կարելի հերքել, որ Ադրբեջանը փակել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը Հայաստանին կապող կյանքի միակ ճանապարհը։ Ադրբեջանը պետք է ապահովի ազատ և անվտանգ տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով ՝ կատարելով նաև Միջազգային դատարանի և ՄԻԵԴ վճիռները ու ԵԽԽՎ-ի վերջերս ընդունված նոր բանաձևը»,- գրել է Խաչատրյանը։
