Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեի ծախսերը 2023 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում ավելացել են։ Այս  մասին ԱԺ-ում ֆինանսավարկային եւ բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի արտահերթ նիստում 2023 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում պետբյուջեի կատարողականի մասին հաշվետվության ներկայացման ժամանակ հայտարարեց ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։

Այնուամենայնիվ, պլանի էական թերակատարում եղել է։ Հատկապես կապիտալ ծախսերի մասով, որոնք 2022 թվականի համեմատ ավելի ցածր են ոչ միայն տոկոսային, այլեւ բացարձակ արտահայտմամբ։

«Դրա արդյունքում այդ ֆիսկալ ազդակը բացասական էր։ Եկամուտների հավաքագրումը շարունակվում է՝ արձանագրելով բարձր տեմպեր ՝ պայմանավորված տնտեսական աճով եւ գների աճով։ Այնուամենայնիվ, ընթացիկ տարվա տեմպերը զիջել են 2022-ի ցուցանիշներին։ Դրա վրա բացասաբար է ազդել միջոցների թերծախսումը»,-պարզաբանեց Հովհաննիսյանը։
