Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում նոր բախումները չեն հանգեցրել Վաշինգտոնում Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարների բանակցությունների դադարեցմանը, հաղորդում է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարությունը։ 

Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօր ժամը 01:30-ից, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները հրետանային միջոցներից կրակ են բացել Մարտունու և Մարտակերտի հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ` կիրառելով նաև ԱԹՍ-ներ: Հայկակակն կողմը սադրանքի հետեւանքով ունի 4 զոհ:

Ավելի ուշ Արցախի Հանրապետության ԱԺ-ն ընդունեց հայտարարություն, որով կոչ արեց  Վաշինգտոնում հայկական պտվիրակությանն անհապաղ ադադարեցնել բանակցությունները, սակայն դրանք, չնայած ծայրահեղ լարված իրավիճակին, այդպես էլ չդադարեցվեցին:
