Մարտի 5-ին, նաև Արցախի հերոս, Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Վիտալի Բալասանյանի ծննդյան 58-րդ տարեդարձն է։ Պատահականությո՞ւն, թե՞ ճակատագիր համարենք երեք հերոսների՝ Վազգեն Սարգսյանի, Սամվել Բաբայանի և Վիտալի Բալասանյանի՝ նույն օրում ծնվելը, դժվար է ասել։

Երեք հրամանատարների և ազգի նվիրյալների դերակատարումն Արցախի, հայրենիքի, ժողովրդի և պատմության համար անհերքելի է, անհերքելի է այն պարզ պատճառով, որ նրանք հայ են և ի սկզբանե հայրենիքը պաշտպանելու համար են ստեղծվել։
 
Երեք հրամանատարներն էլ սիրվել են, հալածվել են, փառաբանվել ու նզովվել են հենց այդ նույն հայրենիքի, ժողովրդի և արցախահայության կողմից։ Պատճառը մեկն է՝ չկան անթերի մարդիկ, ինչպես որ չկա նվիրվածությունը լիարժեք գնահատող հասարակություն։
