2017թ. փետրվարի 28-ին՝ ժամը 13:45-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պաշտպանության շրջանի մարտական դիրքում ինժեներական աշխատանքներ կատարելիս տեղի է ունեցել պայթուցիկ սարքի պայթուն, ինչի հետևանքով ինժեներական աշխատանքներ կատարող պարտադիր ժամկետային 3 զինծառայողներ ստացել են տարբեր աստիճանի բեկորային մարմնական վնասվածքներ եւ տեղափոխվել կենտրոնական կլինիկական զինվորական հոսպիտալ:

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի ԶՔԳՎ վեցերորդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 376-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով /անփույթ վերաբերմունքը ծառայության նկատմամբ՝ եթե անզգուշությամբ առաջացրել են ծանր հետևանքներ/ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
