Հայաստանի Սահմանադրական դատարանը մարտի 24-ին հայտնել էր, որ միջազգային դատարանի Հռոմի կանոնադրությունը համապատասխանում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը։

Մինչ այդ, Միջազգային քրեական դատարանը Ռուսաստանի նախագահին ձերբակալելու հրաման տվեց։

Սրան էլ հաջորդեցին միջազգային իրավունքի մասնագետների պնդումները, թե Հռոմի կանոնադրությանը միանալու դեպքում, Հայաստանը ստիպված կլինի ձերբակալել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահին։
