Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 16-ի նիստում սահմանել է Ջրային ռեսուրսների պահպանության դրամագլխի օգտագործման, հատկացումների հաշվարկման կարգը և վճարման ժամանակացույցը:

Ըստ այդմ՝ կկանոնակարգվի ջրային ռեսուրսների պահպանության դրամագլխի ձևավորման, օգտագործման, հատկացումների հաշվարկման և վճարման հետ կապված հարաբերությունները:

Կարգի համաձայն՝ տնտեսվարողը պարտավոր կլինի ջրօգտագործման թույլտվության ստացման հայտին կից ներկայացնել համապատասխան ֆինանսական երաշխիքներ՝ ջրային ռեսուրսների պահպանության դրամագլուխ փոխանցված գումարի տեսքով, հետագայում դրանք չշահագործելու պարագայում պետության կողմից այդ հորերի լուծարման կամ կոնսերվացման գործընթացը կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ:

Ջրային ռեսուրսների ոլորտի կառավարման գործընթացներում Ջրային ռեսուրսների պահպանության դրամագլուխ ներդնելը կնպաստի Արարատյան դաշտի արտեզյան ջրավազանի վիճակի վերականգնման, ինչպես նաև չշահագործվող հորատանցքերի լուծարման, կոնսերվացման գործընթացների պատշաճ իրականացմանը։
