«Ձերդ գերազանցություն,

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության և անձամբ իմ անունից շնորհավորում եմ Ձեզ և Ֆիլիպինների բարեկամ ժողովրդին Ֆիլիպինների Հանրապետության ազգային տոնի՝ Անկախության 125-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:

Գոհունակությամբ ուզում եմ նշել, որ Հայաստանի և Ֆիլիպինների միջև հարաբերությունները կանոնավոր ձևով զարգացել են ինչպես երկկողմ, այնպես էլ բազմակողմ հարթակներում՝ երկու երկրների միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից ի վեր:

Վստահ եմ, որ համատեղ ջանքերով կնպաստենք Հայաստանի և Ֆիլիպինների միջև հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացմանն ու խորացմանը երկուստեք հետաքրքրություն ներկայացնող ոլորտներում՝ ի շահ մեր երկու երկրների ժողովուրդների:

Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն ու նորանոր հաջողություններ, իսկ Ֆիլիպինների բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ բարօրություն և խաղաղություն»:
