Իսպանիայում «սեքս-արքայի» պաշտոն են ներդրել

Իսպանիայի կառավարությունում երկրում ծնելության ցուցանիշի բարձրացման համար պատասխանատուի պաշտոն են ներդրել: «Սեքս-արքայի» պաշտոնում, ինչպես այն արդեն կոչել է The Daily Mirror-ը, նշանակել են ժողովրդագրական հարցերով փորձագետ, սենատոր Էդելմիրա Բարեյրային:

Ըստ Lenta-ի՝ 2015 թվականին Իսպանիայում ծնելիության ցուցանիշը զիջել է մահացության ցուցանիշին, ինչից հետո երկրի կառավարությունը սկսել է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ իրադրությունը փոխելու համար:

Վարչապետ Մարիանո Ռախոյը Բարեյրայի հետ այդ հարցով ազգային ռազմավարություն կմշակի:

Ըստ The Daily Mirror-ի՝ 2015 թվականին 18-49 տարեկան իսպանուհիները միջինը 1.3 երեխա ունեին, իսկ Եվրամիության մյուս երկրներում այդ ցուցանիշը հասնում էր 1.58-ի: Իսպանացիները դժգոհում են, որ ամբողջական աշխատանքային օրվանից հետո շատ են հոգնում, եւ ծնելիության ցուցանիշի նվազման համար մեղավոր են համարում աշխատանքային գրաֆիկը:
