«Փաստը, որ Բելառուսը եւ Ռուսաստանը ինչպես Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության, այնպես էլ Միութենական պետության մասնակիցներ են, չի նշանակում, թե մեր երկիրն ինչ-որ սահմանափակումներ ունի Հայաստանի, Ղազախստանի եւ Ղրզըստանի հետ փոխգործակցության նման մակարդակի հասնելու առումով։ Ուզում եմ ընդգծել, որ Ռուսաստանը մտադրություն չունի համագործակցել որեւէ մեկի հետ՝ ի վնաս ուրիշի»,- նշել է Գրիզլովը «СБ. Беларусь сегодня» պարբերականում հրապարակված հոդվածում, տեղեկացրել է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն։

Դեսպանն ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանի համար կարեւոր է այսուհետ եւս ամրապնդել արդեն ստեղծված կապերը հայ, ղազախ եւ ղրղըզ բարեկամների հետ, որոնց հետ մենք խոր պատմական եւ մշակութային կապեր ունենք։
