Մայիսի 30-ին ՀՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը Սլովակիայի մայրաքաղաք Բրատիսլավայում՝ «GLOBSEC 2023 Bratislava Forum»-ի շրջանակներում, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի օգնական Հիքմեթ Հաջիևի հետ մասնակցել է պանելային քննարկման, որի ընթացքում ներկայացրել է հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումը՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ԱԽ գրասենյակից։

ԱԽ քարտուղարը մասնավորապես անդրադարձել է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ժողովրդի անվտանգության և իրավունքների վերաբերյալ միջազգային մեխանիզմի, հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանի սահմանազատման և սահմանային անվտանգության գործընթացների, տարածաշրջանային կապուղիների ապաշրջափակման վերաբերյալ հարցերին: Ա. Գրիգորյանը շեշտել է բանակցային գործընթացում Ադրբեջանի կառուցողական դիրքորոշման անհրաժեշտությունը՝ կոչ անելով զերծ մնալ առավելապաշտական նկրտումներից:
