ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու վերաբերյալ՝ կոչ անելով գիտակցել բառերը մանիպուլացնելու ամբողջ վտանգը։

Ճեպազրույցում Զախարովան պատասխանել է Փաշինյանի այն հայտարարության մասին հարցին, թե «եթե Հայաստանը դե յուրե որոշի դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, դա տեղի կունենա ՀԱՊԿ-ը Հայաստանից դուրս գալու ֆիքսման արդյունքում»։

«Եթե այս արտհայտման ձևը ՀԱՊԿ-ից Հայաստանի դուրս գալու վերաբերյալ դիրքորոշումը լոբբինգ անելու համար է, ապա ինձ թվում է, որ ամեն դեպքում պետք է գիտակցել բառերը մանիպուլացնելու ամբողջ վտանգը: Ինչպես կարող է ՀԱՊԿ-ը դուրս գալ Հայաստանից, այնքան էլ պարզ չէ՝ ինչի մասին է խոսքը...»,- ասել է Զախարովան։
