«ԵՄ հատուկ ներկայացուցչի խնդիրն է  Ծոցի տարածաշրջանի երկրների հետ ավելի ամուր, համապարփակ և ռազմավարական գործընկերություն զարգացնել՝ օգնելով Բարձր ներկայացուցչին ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության ասպեկտների իրականացման գործում՝ ռազմավարական գործընկերության մասին Ծոցի երկրների հետ 2022 թվականի մայիսի 18-ի և ԵՄ խորհրդի 2022 թվականի հունիսի 20-ի եզրակացությունների հետ համատեղ հայտարարության համաձայն»,- ասված է մամուլի հաղորդագրությունում։
