Մայիսի 10-ին ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը հանդիպել է ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի ՌԴ համանախագահ, ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի՝ Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանն աջակցելու հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Իգոր Խովաևի հետ: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ԱԽ գրասենյակից:

Արմեն Գրիգորյանը և Իգոր Խովաևը քննարկել են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շուրջ ընթացող վերջին զարգացումները: ԱԽ քարտուղարը զրուցակցին է ներկայացրել հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումները հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման մի շարք հարցերի շուրջ:

Անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնահարցի կարգավորմանը՝ կողմերը շեշտել են, որ ԼՂ հայերի իրավունքները և անվտանգությունը պետք է հարգվեն և պաշտպանվեն: Ռուսական կողմն ընդգծել է, որ Լաչինի միջանցքը պետք է բացվի և գործի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության շրջանակներում:
