Հայաստանի սահմանը հատած երկու ադրբեջանցիներից մեկը՝ Ագշին Բաբիրովը, դատապարտվել է 11  տարի 6 ամիս 15 օրվա ազատազրկման, Aysor.am-ին հայտնեցին ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունից:

Ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել սահմանն ապօրինի հատելու, պետական սահմանով հրազեն և ռազմամթերք ապօրինի տեղափոխելու համար։ Նա ընդունել է իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը։

Նրա հետ սահմանը հատած երկրորդ ադրբեջանցու՝ Հուսեյն Ախունդովի գործով քննությունը շարունակվում է։ Նա մեղադրվում է նաև «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ»-ի պահակին սպանելու համար։

Հիշեցնենք՝ ապրիլի 10-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ Սիսիանի Բնունիս համայնքում ադրբեջանցիներ են հայտնվել։
