«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Իրավապահ համակարգում բուռն քննարկվում է, թե ինչպես է գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանն Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի դեմ արշավ իրականացնում։ Նա 24-ժամյա ռեժիմով վարչապետին տրամադրում է ՔԿ ղեկավարի դեմ։ Նա այդ պաշտոնում ուզում է տեսնել իր մտերիմ Անդրանիկ Սիմոնյանին, ով ԱԱԾ փոխտնօրեն նշանակվել է 2021-ի մարտին, մինչ այդ դատավոր է եղել։ Պաշտոնը ստացել է ԲԴԽ նախկին ղեկավար Ռուբեն Վարդազարյանի դեմ ցուցմունք տալով։ Սիմոնյանը ժամանակին լոբբինգ է արել, որ Վարդապետյանը դատախազ նշանակվի, հիմա Վարդապետյանն է լավության տակից դուրս գալիս։

44-օրյա պատերազմում զոհվածների ծնողների բողոքի ակցիաներն էլ, որոշ տեղեկություններով, գեներացվում են դատախազությունից։ Նրանց համոզել են, որ ծնողների նկատմամբ Եռաբլուրում բռնություն կիրառած 13 ոստիկանները չեն պատժվում Քյարամյանի որոշմամբ»:
