ՔԱՂԱՔԱԿԱՆՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ՀԱՍԱՐԱԿՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ՄՇԱԿՈՒՅԹ ՍՊՈՐՏ ՄԱՄՈՒԼԻ ՏԵՍՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ՏՆՏԵՍՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ ՖՈՏՈ ՎԻԴԵՈ ՎԵՐԼՈՒԾՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐ ՊԱՏՄՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՅՍ ՕՐԸ ՄԻՋԱԶԳԱՅԻՆ ԱՄԵՆԱԸՆԹԵՐՑՎԱԾ ԻՐԱՎՈՒՆՔ


Ապրիլի 2-ից մայիսի 31-ը ավտոմեքենաների մաքսային գործառնությունները կարող են իրականացվել Արեւելյան մաքսատանը

Հաշվի առնելով պետական սահմանի Բագրատաշենի անցումային կետում արձանագրվող տրանսպորտային միջոցների հոսքերի ավելացումը, հնարավոր կուտակումներից խուսափելու նպատակով, ՀՀ ՊԵԿ նախագահի 2023 թ. մարտի 23-ի թիվ 276-Լ հրամանով լրացում է կատարվել ՀՀ ԿԱ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի 2018 թ. հունիսի 6-ի թիվ 342-Լ հրամանում: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ՊԵԿ-ից:

Արդյունքում սահմանվել է, որ  2023 թվականի ապրիլի 2-ից մինչև 2023թ-ի մայիսի 31-ը ներառյալ պետական սահմանի Բագրատաշենի անցումային կետի փոխարեն Գոգավանի անցումային կետում գրանցված տարանցիկ հայտարարագրերով  ինքնաշարժ եղանակով ներմուծվող ԱՏԳ ԱԱ 8702, 8703, 8704 ապրանքային դիրքերին դասվող տրանսպորտային միջոցների «Բացթողում՝ ներքին սպառման համար», «Հրաժարում՝ հօգուտ պետության» մաքսային ընթացակարգերով մաքսային գործառնությունները, ինչպես նաև վերոնշյալ  ապրանքային դիրքերին դասվող և ազատ շրջանառության համար բացթողնման նպատակով, որպես անձնական օգտագործման տրանսպորտային միջոց ներմուծվող ապրանքների նկատմամբ մաքսային գործառնությունները, հայտարարատուի ցանկությամբ, կարող են իրականացվել նաև ՀՀ ՊԵԿ Արևելյան մաքսատուն-վարչությունում:
