Ռումինաիայում ընթացող ազատ ոճի ըմբշամարտի Եվրոպայի մինչեւ 23 տարեկանների առաջնությունում Մեժլում Մեժլումյանն ու Կնյազ Իբոյանը վստահ հաղթանակներով դուրս եկան եզրափակիչ:

61 կգ քաշայինների կիսաեզրափակիչում Մեժլում Մեժլումյանը 6:5 հաշվով հաղթեց իտալացի Սիմոն Վինչենցո Պիրոդուին:

Կնյազ Իբոյանը 86 կգ քաշայինների կիսաեզրափակիչում գերլարված պայքարում 3:2 հաշվով առավելության հասավ թուրք Իսմայիլ Կուկուկսոլակին: Գոտեմարտն ավարտվեց 2:2 հաշվով՝ Կնյազ Իբոյանը վերջին միավորի առավելությամբ, թուրք ըմբիշն ու նրա մարզիչը չհամաձայնեցին պարտության: Չելենջ գցեցին, բայց մրցավարները չբավարարեցին: Իբոյանի հաշիվը դարձավ 3: Թուրք մրցակիցը պարտության հետ համաձայն չէր նաեւ չելենջը պարտվելուց հետո, նա չէր ցանկանում գալ գորգի կենտրոն, որպեսզի մրցավարը հայտարարի հաղթողին: Վերջում պարտված թուրքը չպատասխանեց նաեւ Իբոյանի ձեռքսեղմանը:
