Այսօր, եթե չեմ սխալվում, Աբովյան ՔԿՀ-ում կալանավորված մոր հետ 2-3 տարեկան երեխա կա, ևս մի կալանավորված կին հղի է: Այս մասին ԱԺ Մարդու իրավունքների և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի արտահերթ նիստում ասաց արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս դատապարտյալների համար խցերն առանձին են, դրանց պայմանները նորմալ են, շատ լավ չեն, բայց լավարկելու են. «Բյուջետային ծրագրով նախատեսել ենք խցերն ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգել, նաև հատկացրել ենք սենյակ այն մայրերի համար, որոնք մինչև 3 տարեկան երեխաներ ունեն իրենց մոտ, որ լոգանքի հատվածն առանձնացված լինի և ստիպված չլինեն օգտվել ընդհանուրից: Երեխաների համար կա նաև առանձնացված խաղասրահ: Շատ չեն օգտվում, քանի որ հեռու է գտնվում խցերից, սակայն մի քանի օր առաջ որոշում ենք կայացրել խցերը տեղափոխել»:
