Մարտի 15-ին ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Գեղարքունիքի մարզում։ Ժամը 09։00-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարության Ոստիկանության Գավառի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Սևան-Մարտունի-Գետափ ավտոճանապարհի Հայրավանք գյուղի վարչական տարածքում, Սևանա լճում դի է նկատվում, գրում է shamshyan.com-ը։

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ քաղաքացիները Սևանա լճից դուրս են բերել ջրահեղձ եղած տղամարդուն։

Տեղում Գավառի ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Նորատուս գյուղի բնակիչ 66-ամյա Փայլակ Պ․-ն է։

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ՓԾ Գեղարքունիքի մարզային փրկարարական վարչության փրկարարներն ու Սևանի ջրասուզակը, սակայն նրանց օգնության կարիքը չի զգացվել, քանի որ քաղաքացիներն իրենց ուժերով դուրս են բերել դին։ 

Դեպքի փաստով Գավառի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Նշանակվել է դիակի դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն։
