ԵՄ առաքելության ներկայության վերաբերյալ պետք է պայմանագիր բանակցվի և ստորագրվի. Փաշինյան

Շատ հպարտ եմ Հայաստանում ԵՄ առաքելությամբ, այն մեծ ներդրում է ունենալու: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 2-ին, Բեռլինում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ հայտարարեց Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե արդյոք այս պահին կա ԵՄ առաքելության թվակազմը ընդլայնելու հնարավորություն:

«Մենք զարգացնենք այդ առաքելությունը, մնացածը կտեսնենք»,-հավելեց նա:

Իր հերթին ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասել է. «Մենք շատ ուրախ ենք կայացված որոշման համար: ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելության ներկայությունը կարգավորվում է փոխադարձ պաշտոնական նամակներով, բայց մենք ունենք նաև պայմանավորվածություն, որ այդ ներկայությունը կարգավորող պայմանագիր պետք է քննարկվի, բանակցվի և ստորագրվի: Կարծում եմ՝ մոնիտորինգի առաքելության ներկայությունը կարգավորող փաստաթուղթ մենք առաջիկայում հնարավոր է ստորագրենք: Առաջաիկայում, երբ կբանակցենք և ընդհանուր համաձայնության կգանք  արդեն իսկ համաձայնությունների, ձևակերպումների շուրջ»:
