Արցախի Անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար, «Միասնական հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Սամվել Բաբայանը համոզված է՝ Լաչինի միջանցքը բացելու հնարավորություն կա։

«Ես համարում եմ, որ մերոնք այլեւս չպետք է բանակցեն, իրենք պետք է կամավոր բացեն ու բացելու են։ Ուղղակի մենք ամեն անգաՄ իրենց առիթ ենք տալիս, որ իբր իրենք իրենցից ինչ-որ բան են ներկայացնում։ Մեկ անգամ մերոնք նստել, խոսել են, վերջ, մնացած քայլերը իրենց կողմից պետք է լինի»,- նշել է Սամվել Բաբայանը։
