Հանրապետության նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Էստոնիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Ալար Կարիսին Էստոնիայի Հանրապետության ազգային տոնի՝ Անկախության օրվա կապակցությամբ։

Ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասվում է.

«Հայաստանը կարևորում է Էստոնիայի հետ պատմական և կրթամշակութային առնչությունների վրա խարսխված բարեկամական կապերի շարունակական զարգացումը և խորացումը։

Առանձնահատուկ ջերմությամբ եմ հիշում իմ այցն Էստոնիա, որը երկկողմ համագործակցության ամրապնդման հեռանկարները քննարկելու հիանալի հնարավորություն էր

Լիահույս եմ, որ մեր միջև ձևավորված անձնական սերտ հարաբերությունների և համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ կկարողանանք հաղթահարել առկա բոլոր մարտահրավերները և ավելի ընդլայնել փոխշահավետ գործակցությունը՝ ի նպաստ մեր ժողովուրդների բարoրության։

Մաղթում եմ Ձեզ քաջառողջություն և հաջողություն, իսկ Էստոնիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին՝ խաղաղություն և բարեկեցություն»։
