15-ամյա արմավիրցին սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել մանկահասակ երեխաների նկատմամբ

Մանկահասակ երեխաների նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է:

Ինչպես հայտնում են Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից, նախնական քննությամբ ձեռք են բերվել բավարար տվյալներ, որ Արմավիրի մարզի 15-ամյա բնակիչը, օգտվելով 5-ամյա եւ 9-ամյա երեխաների՝ տարիքով պայմանավորված՝ կամարտահայտության եւ գործողությունների նշանակությունն ընկալելու ունակությունից զրկված լինելու հանգամանքից, 2015 թ. նոյեմբերին նրանց նկատմամբ կատարել է սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ։

Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ առերեւույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 139-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ 14 տարին չլրացած անձի նկատմամբ)՝ 2 դրվագով:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:
