Infoteka24.ru-ն գրում է, որ Արցախի պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հայտարարություն է տարածել կապված Հայաստանի կողմից ներկայացված «Լաչինի միջանցքի» ապաշրջափակման միջանկյալ միջոցառման դիմումի վերաբերյալ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի որոշման հետ։


«Ինչպես ես բազմիցս ասել եմ իմ հրապարակային ելույթներում, օրենքը մեր կողմն է, և մենք կարող ենք տարբեր մեխանիզմներով ցույց տալ, որ մեր պահանջներն արդար են, և միջազգային իրավական փաստաթղթերն այդ առումով կարևոր են»,- ասել է Վարդանյանը։


Նա երախտագիտություն է հայտնել միջազգային իրավական հարցերով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ներկայացուցչին և բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր մեծ աշխատանք են կատարել արցախահայության արդար պահանջը համաշխարհային հանրության ուշադրությանը ներկայացնելու գործում։


Հիշեցնենք, որ դատարանի վճռով Ադրբեջանը պարտավոր է ձեռնարկել բոլոր անհրաժեշտ միջոցները ապահովելու բոլոր մարդկանց, տրանսպորտային միջոցների և ապրանքների անխափան և ազատ տեղաշարժը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղին կապող միջանցքով։
