Հանդիպումը կառուցողական էր»։ Այդ մասին նշում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ ամփոփելով Մյունխենում կայացած Փաշինյան-Ալիև-Բլինքեն հանդիպումը։ 

Ալիևի խոսքով՝ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը պետք է հիմնվի միջազգային նորմերի և սկզբունքների վրա, իսկ Ղարաբաղի վերաբերյալ որևէ դրույթն այդտեղ անընդունելի է․

«Երեք օր առաջ ստացել ենք Հայաստանի պատասխանը մեր առաջարկներին։ Հայաստանի դիրքորոշման մեջ առաջին հայացքից առաջընթաց կա, բայց սա բավարար չենք համարում»,- նշել է նա։ 

Ի պատասխան ՀՀ առաջարկներին՝ Ադրբեջանը առաջարկել է Հայաստանին հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին և Լաչինի միջանցքում հսկիչ անցակետ տեղադրել․ «Եթե խոսում ենք դելիմիտացիայի մասին, ապա այդ հսկիչ անցակետերը պիտի տեղադրվեն նաև Լաչինի ու Հայաստանի միջև», - հայտարարել է նա:
