Անցյալ տարվա փետրվարին Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև ստորագրված դաշնակցային համագործակցության մասին հռչակագիրը, անշուշտ, պատմական փաստաթուղթ է՝ առանց չափազանցության։ Այս մասին այսօր կայացած ճեպազրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։
