ՀՀ ՓՊ-ն դիմել է Եվրոպայի փաստաբանների և իրավաբանների միությունների խորհրդին

ՀՀ փաստաբանների պալատը, նպատակ ունենալով միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրել ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից դրսևորած հակաիրավական վարքագծին, դիմել է Եվրոպայի փաստաբանների և իրավաբանների միությունների խորհրդին (CCBE)՝ ակնկալելով նաև միջազգային կառույցների կոշտ արձագանքը: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՓՊ մամուլի քարտուղար Սիլվի Տիգրանյանը։

«Փաստաբանների պալատը հետամուտ է լինելու ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների արատավոր վարքագծի արդյունքում ստեղծված իրավիճակի արդար հանգուցալուծմանը և մեղավոր անձնաց օրենքի առջև պատասխանատվության ենթարկելուն:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 09.02.2023թ. Ոստիկանության Երևանի քաղաքային վարչության Էրեբունու բաժնում փաստաբանների նկատմամբ գործադրվել էր բռնություն»,- գրել է նա:
