Հունվարի 1-ից Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպության (ՀԱՊԿ) նոր գլխավոր քարտուղար է դարձել Ռուսաստանում Ղազախստանի նախկին դեսպան Իմանգալի Տասմագամբետովը։ Նա կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնը կզբաղեցնի երեք տարի ժամկետով։

Տասմագամբետովը ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում փոխարինել է Ստանիսլավ Զասին, ով այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է 2020 թվականից, իսկ մինչ այդ եղել է Բելառուսի Անվտանգության խորհրդի պետական ​​քարտուղարը։

Իմանգալի Տասմագամբետովը 65 տարեկան է։ 1993-ից 1995 թվականներին նա զբաղեցրել է Ղազախստանի նախագահի օգնականի պաշտոնը, ապա եւս երկու տարի՝ փոխվարչապետի պաշտոնը։ 1997-ից 1998 թվականներին եղել է նախագահի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ, իսկ 1998-ից 1999 թվականներին՝ հանրապետության ղեկավարի առաջին օգնականը։

2002 թվականին նշանակվել է վարչապետ, իսկ 2003 թվականին՝ Ղազախստանի պետական ​​քարտուղար։ Ավելի ուշ աշխատել է որպես Ալմաթիի (2004–2008) եւ Աստանայի (2008–2014) ակիմ (վարչակազմի ղեկավար):
