Քիչ առաջ Եվրոպական դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել երեկ Հայաստանի ներկայացրած միջանկյալ միջոցներ կիրառելու պահանջի վերաբերյալ: Դատարանը որոշել է Ադրբեջանին ժամանակ տրամադրել մինչև երկուշաբթի՝ դեկտեմբերի 19-ը, ժամը 16-ը (Ֆրանսիայի ժամանակով) պատասխան ուղարկել Հայաստանի ներկայացրած պահանջի վերաբերյալ, որից հետո Դատարանը կկայացնի վերջնական որոշում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ՀՀ ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը երեկ դիմել է Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան՝պահանջելով կիրառել միջանկյալ միջոցներ Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ և պարտավորեցնել վերջինիս ապաշրջափակել Բերձորի (Լաչինի) միջանցքը:
