«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Դեկտեմբերի 4-6-ը Մոսկվայում ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի խորհրդի եւ 15-րդ լիագումար համատեղ նիստին կմասնակցի նաեւ ՀՀ պատվիրակությունը՝ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորությամբ, ով ԱՊՀ երկրների եւ ՀԱՊԿ-ի միջխորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի մշտական պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարն է։ Մեկնելու են նաեւ Հակոբ Արշակյանը, Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը, «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ից Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։

«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունից Գեղամ Մանուկյանը հրաժարվել է մեկել՝ այլ գործուղման պատճառով։ ԱԺ աշխատակազմից 8 անձ էլ կլինի։ Անցած տարի Մոսկվայում Սիմոնյանն առաջարկել էր այդ նիստը Երեւանում անել, ինչո՞ւ չի ընդունվել։

ԱԺ լրատվականից ասացին․ «2019-ին խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի լիագումար եւ ՀԱՊԿ  խորհրդի նիստերն անցկացվել են Երեւանում,  այս տարվա հունիսի 6-ին՝ նաեւ ՀԱՊԿ ԽՎ խորհրդի նիստը, ուստի որոշվել է անցկացնել Մոսկվայում»։
