ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը ԱՊՀ մասնակից պետությունների Անվտանգության խորհուրդների քարտուղարների 10-րդ հանդիպման ընթացքում հանդիպել է ՌԴ անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Պատրուշևի հետ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ անվտանգության խորհրդի գրասենյակից, զրուցակիցները քննարկել են տարածաշրջանում անվտանգային իրավիճակը․ ՀՀ ԱԽ քարտուղարը ներկայացրել է սեպտեմբերի 13-ին Ադրբեջանի կողմից Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ ագրեսիան, դրա հետևանքները և ընդգծել, որ այն ոչ թե սահմանային միջադեպ էր, այլ լայնամասշտաբ ներխուժում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխան տարածք:

Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ ՌԴ ԱԽ քարտուղարն ընդգծել է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության հասնելու անհրաժեշտությունը: 

Նշվում է, որ կողմերը նաև անրադարձել են երկու ԱԽ գրասենյակների միջև արդյունավետ համագործակցության հեռանկարին:
