Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ նիստը, որը նախատեսված էր փետրվարի 14-ին, տեղի չի ունենա: Այս մասին որոշում է կայացրել ՀՀ կառավարությունն այսօր՝ փետրվարի 13-ին կայացած արտահերթ նիստում:

Գործադիրն արտահերթ նիստում չեղյալ է ճանաչել ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թ. փետրվարի 9-ի «ՀՀ  Ազգային  ժողովի  արտահերթ նիստ  գումարելու  վերաբերյալ ՀՀ կառավարության նախաձեռնության մասին» N96-Ա որոշումը:

Կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշել է, որ հարցի առնչությամբ ԱԺ ղեկավարության հետ քննարկման արդյունքում հանգել են եզրակացության, որ արտահերթ նիստի օրակարգում ընդգրկված հարցերը հնարավոր կլինի ամբողջովին ընդունել ԱԺ փետրվարի 27-ին սկսվող քառօրյայում, ուստիեւ առաջարկվել է չեղյալ ճանաչել համապատասխան որոշումը:
