«Ավստրիայի, Լիտվայի և Ռումինիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարների եռյակը, որոնք ԵՄ մանդատ ունեն, առաջին անգամ դա հնչեցրել են անցյալ տարվա հունիսին Հարավային Կովկաս կատարած այցի ժամանակ։
