ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ը տեղեկացնում է, որ կանխավճարային հաշվեկշռի՝ «Լիցք» ծառայության և լիցքավորման քարտերի միջոցով վերալիցքավորումն իրականացվում է ընկերության սպասարկման կենտրոններում, ներառյալ այնտեղ տեղադրված Մոբիդրամի տերմինալների միջոցով, ինչպես նաև առցանց՝ ընկերության կայքէջի միջոցով (cabinet.mts.am): Կանխավճարային հեռախոսահամարների հաշվեկշռի վերալիցքավորման վերը նշված բոլոր դեպքերում միջնորդավճար չի գանձնվում: 

Կանխավճարային հեռախոսահամարների հաշվեկշռի վերալիցքավորումը բաժանորդների համար առավել հասանելի դարձնելու նպատակով՝ «Լիցք» ծառայության և վերալիցքավորման քարտերի միջոցով լիցքավորումը իրականացվում է նաև ընկերության ենթակայության տակ չգտնվող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների` Հայաստանով մեկ գործող ավելի քան 10 հազար մասնավոր վաճառակետերի միջոցով, որոնց կողմից վերը նշված ծառայությունների մատուցման դեպքում ևս՝ ՎիվաՍել-ՄՏՍ-ը միջնորդավճարի գանձում չի նախատեսում:
