ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Անտոնի Բլինքենը այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին հայտարարել է, որ մտահոգված է, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է փորձել «պղտորել ջրերը» Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հակամարտությունում, հաղորդում է Reurets-ը:

Վաշինգտոնը կոչ է արել հակամարտող կողմերին դադարեցնել ռազմական գործողությունները երկու երկրների սահմանին:

«Արդյոք Ռուսաստանը փորձում է ինչ-որ ձևով խառնել կաթսան, շեղել Ուկրաինայից, դա մեզ միշտ անհանգստացնում է», - Ինդիանայում կայացած միջոցառման ժամանակ լրագրողներին ասաց Բլինկենը՝ հավելելով, որ Ռուսաստանը կարող է նաև օգտագործել իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում. օգնել «հանգստացնել ջրերը»:

«Արդյոք Ռուսաստանը փորձում է ինչ-որ ձևով պղտորել ջրերը, շեղել ուշադրությունը Ուկրաինայից, դա մեզ միշտ մտահոգում է», - Ինդիանայում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել է Բլինքենը և հավելել, որ «Ռուսաստանը կարող է նաև օգտագործել իր ազդեցությունը տարածաշրջանում` օգնելու «հանդարտեցնել ջրերը»:
