Սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի հետ։

Արարատ Միրզոյանը ներկայացրել է սեպտեմբերի 13-ի կեսգիշերին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից մեկնարկած լայնածավալ ագրեսիայի հետևանքով հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագոտում ստեղծված իրավիճակը։

Արարատ Միրզոյանը տեղեկացրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից ձեռնարկված քայլերի՝ այդ թվում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը, Հավաքական անվտանգության պայմանագրի կազմակերպությանը, ՄԱԿ անվտանգության խորհրդին դիմելու մասին՝ ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան կասեցնելու և դրա հետևանքները վերացնելու նպատակով։
