«2020 թվականի սցենարը կրկնվում է։ Այս գիշեր Սյունիքում և այլ վայրերում ադրբեջանական ռմբակոծությունների հետևանքով խախտվել է ինքնիշխան Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունը։ Եթե Ադրբեջանի կողմից այս հարձակումը հաստատվի, ապա կպահանջվի միասնական և անհապաղ միջազգային արձագանք», - գրել է Բուայեն:

Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին՝ ժամը 00:05-ից, Ադրբեջանի ԶՈՒ ստորաբաժանումները Գորիսի, Սոթքի և Ջերմուկի ուղղությամբ հրետանային միջոցներից, խոշոր տրամաչափի հրաձգային զինատեսակներից սկսել են ինտենսիվ կրակ վարել հայկական դիրքերի ուղղությամբ: Հայկական կողմն ունի զոհեր և վիրավորներ, տվյալները ճշտվում են։
