2022 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 9-ին Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովն ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարի՝ հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման հարցով  հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Իգոր Խովաևին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ԱՊԱ-ն՝ հղում անելով Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի տարածած հաղորդագրությունը։

Ըստ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ի հաղորդագրության՝ կողմերը քննարկել են Ադրբեջանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև երկկողմ օրակարգի հարցեր, տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակը, այդ թվում՝ Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի տարբեր ասպեկտները և այդ համատեքստում ձեռնարկված քայլերը, վստահության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքը, ինչպես նաև մտքեր փոխանակել այս գործընթացի հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ։
