США надеются, что  Армения и Азербайджан продолжат предпринимать шаги по урегулированию остающихся разногласий. Об этом в Твиттере написал представитель Госдепа Нед Прайс.

«Мы приветствуем сообщения о возвращении домой армянских задержанных, что является позитивным событием для мирного процесса между Арменией и Азербайджаном. Мы надеемся, что все оставшиеся задержанные скоро вернутся домой, а Азербайджан и Армения продолжат предпринимать шаги по укреплению доверия и урегулированию остающихся разногласий», - отметил он.

Как сообщало ранее Новости Армении – NEWS.am, азербайджанская сторона 8 сентября вернула Армении пятерых армянских военнопленных.
